Find where AI creates value.

b11 takes recurring workflows apart, finds the steps worth improving, and builds the smallest useful change.

Construction

“Can we take that wall out too, while you’re in there?”

What it costTwo days

Accounting

“Could you have a quick look at last year as well?”

What it costAn afternoon

Architecture

“Can we see it once more with the stairs on the other side?”

What it costA day and a half

Sounds familiar?
You said yes, we would too.
None of them were in the contract.
All of them were work.

The contractor

You open the statement of completed works, check off what’s done.

The month's completed work, checked off against the contract. Rows 1 to 4 are the contract's line items. Row 5 is empty: nothing was recorded on that line.

What if…

Your assistant

  • Reads the week’s emails, site photos, diary entries and purchase orders as they arrive.
  • Matches each one against the priced scope lines.
  • Writes a row when something matches nothing: what happened, when, who agreed to it, and the message it came from.

Human

  • Reviews the four rows that land on Friday morning.
  • Decides which ones get charged.

You are still in charge. Without the admin work. With the extras paid for.

Site assistant

Friday 08:02

Hi, I found four things this week that aren’t on the priced list.

  • Wall removed, axis C — agreed on site, 12.08
  • Two sockets, room 4 — client email, 13.08
  • Extra floor prep, room 2 — site diary, 14.08
  • Skip hire, second load — invoice, 15.08

At contract rates: €2,340

Add the wall removal. Leave the rest.

Added the wall removal to the payoff sheet.

14 m² × €22/m² = €308

Agreed on site, 12.08 · from the site photo

A drawn example of the message the agent sends on a Friday morning, the reply it gets back, and its confirmation that it recorded the approved work. It is an illustration, not a working interface.

The pattern

Different business. Same patterns.

  • Requests that need reading, routing, answering, or following up.

  • Documents and records that need comparing or reconciling.

  • Recurring work where the next step depends on someone remembering.

Bring one of yours to a free 20-minute call. You'll leave with one technique you can try yourself.

No preparation needed.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the call really free?

Yes. The 20-minute call is free and comes with no obligation. If AI is not a sensible fit for the task, we’ll tell you directly.

What will I get from the 20 minutes?

One concrete AI technique you can try yourself, plus the first next step. We’ll send you a short summary after the call.

Do I already need a Claude or OpenAI account?

No. We’ll demonstrate the technique from our side and tell you whether you might need an account later.

What happens after the call?

You can try the method yourself. If the task needs integrations, automation, or a broader review of the business, we’ll say so plainly. If you want, you can then continue with an AI audit or implementation.
